I oversee the entire spectrum of student services which begins with the admissions process and ends with graduation.
I manage our full-time administrative assistant, as well as oversee our student work-study and instructional support staff.
I am the primary liaison for all External Rutgers and non-Rutgers contacts and I assist in the hiring of Staff, Part-time Lecturers, and course assistants.
I Collect paperwork and onboarding materials required to hire and get staff on payroll, as well as coordinate offsite conferences and events.

As a Program Coordinator II with the Mathematical Finance Program, I work with Admissions, Student Services, and Career Services. I also work on special projects related to recruiting, alumni engagement, website updating, and marketing. I am also partnering with the Director of Career Services to boost student employment by researching job postings, engaging with industry contacts, and updating our employer database.

The Director of Career Management Services, Rutgers University, Master of Science in Mathematics – Mathematical Finance,  supports students through a comprehensive career services program encompassing the following areas: employer development, career counseling, job search assistance (resume writing, cover letter writing, interviewing skills, identifying job leads, using the internet and social media, etc.), internship assistance, and other areas related to career success. Also, partner with internal units (university career services, other academic units, and alumni services) and external constituents (alumni and employers) to promote the career development of our students to expand possibilities for student placement in internship/full-time employment. The Director serves as an instructor for the Mathematics 16:642:630 Seminar in Mathematical Finance.
