Markov Professionals: Speakers: Michael Middleton, Director, US Client Services and James Mitchell, Analyst The Markov Processes International workshop presentation will cover Returns-Based Style Analysis, its mathematical background, and how it is implemented in the financial services space by their clients, which include investment banks, wealth managers, endowments/institutions, 401k companies, major advisor networks, funds, etc. This presentation has been given in the past at other programs (Whitman School at Syracuse; Courant Institute at NYU) and it has been popular because it covers an area of financial math that is not traditionally covered by curricula. This event is only available for Rutgers University MSMF students/alumni who have registered for the event on Quant Careers prior to the day of the event. Space is limited; only those students who register will be allowed to attend. Please arrive at the event 10 minutes before the start time. Students who are late for the event will not be allowed to attend, even if you are registered.
